You will be put to the test as a sales associate because your role is much more than selling product. You will work with a management team that gives you room to grow and offer input towards furthering the business - the opportunity to influence buying, marketing, customer service, policies/procedures and more. Qualifications and Required Winning Behaviours:

  • Minimum 3 years previous fashion retail experience. It is very important to us that our clients be served by people who, by experience, know what they appreciate.
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service. We like to WOW our clients, not simply serve them.
  • Exceptional personal management/self-motivated. Above selling product, you play a vital role in help enPrivado move forward as a business.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills. You will be representing our team to clients and suppliers – precise, eloquent communications shows that you are a professional.
  • Strong relationship-building ability. We treasure our clients and strive to create loyalty by the way we deliver our service.
  • Ability to think analytically and be detail oriented. When you sell elegant footwear and handbags, the small things make a big difference.
  • Eager to continually learn and seek information. There is much information that can be obtained regarding our industry and we need to stay informed so we can pass it along to our clients.
  • High School diploma, minimum. We believe that there is very big value in sticking to commitments and finishing what we start.
  • Computer skills. We are a highly technological group and our day-to-day operations are all computerized.

Some Duties include:

  • Provide a consistently excellent sales experience. We want to be known not just for our product but for our people.
  • Resolve standard customer service issues within policy. Good service is about good decisions for the business and for the client. You are empowered to satisfy clients’ needs.
  • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and product care. Inspire confidence and loyalty from our clients by being educated and caring about the product.
  • Stay informed of current fashion and industry trends. By informing clients about current trends, they move forward with us through the fashion seasons.
  • Maintain ongoing customer loyalty through regular communication i.e.) call backs, seasonal and event contact. Nurture the client relationship by staying in touch with them.
  • Recommend and identify outreach opportunities. Your input and suggestions regarding the business direction of enPrivado is highly valued.
  • Ensure overall store readiness including display maintenance and housekeeping. The enPrivado experience is all about the details.
